On www.btarena.org you can't claim for infringement content because everything it's pure text, but if you find on users comments links for copyrighted content you can ask the file hoster for removing

After you download and see that the file(s) contain your content send a mail to btarenacontact-gmail-com with torrent name and link. Torrent file that point to your copyright material will be deleted in 24 hours.
